How I started to run.  Evo kako sam počela trčati.


With begining of spring and with warm weather, ok and with few kilograms over, I´ve decided to start exercise again. I used to do sport professionally and when I stopped I didn´t move at all. As I said before I was sport fanatic and there was no type of exercise I haven´t try and like-except running. Running was a real torture for me.You are out of the breath, your legs are in pain,etc. And then, because I am extremly stubborn,I´ve decided to start running  and I´ve also read that it is amazing even  for your mental health.

 Running is one of the cheapest type of workout. All you need is good pair of trainers, which you have already bought  when you were in sports mood after one visit to the gym (I did) and some kind of workout clothes that you like. So one evening I´ve decided to start. I took  my phone and start the playlist and start running (yes I´ve started running and it wasn´t for a grade). Of course I haven´t run 10 kilometers, but it has amazing therapeutic benefits : I felt better,stress has gone away, I´ve never felt that great for a long time. So I was running every single day, especially when I was stressed out. Running was my anti-stress pill that really works. 

And then came summer when everything is "take it easy" and pink.It was too hot and I wasn´t stressed out so I stopped. The summer is over and we all came back into the reality so I´ve decided to start run again. Experts say that early fall is the best season for running so LET´S GO!


Početkom proljeća i s ljepšim vremenom, ok i s viškom kilograma, odlučila sam se pokrenuti,tj. početi vježbati. Pije sam se aktivno bavila sportom i onda sam prestala te nisam se baš više toliko kretala. Kao što sam i rekla bila sam sportski fanatik i rekreativno tako da nije bilo načina vježbanja kojeg nisam probala, sve osim jednog-trčanja. Trčanje je bilo jedina sportska aktivnost koja je za mene bila pravo mučenje. Nemaš zraka, bole te noge,... I tako sam odlučila uhvatiti se u koštac s tom omraženom aktivnosti za koju sam pročitala da ima brojne psihofizičke prednosti. 

Trčanje je jedan od najjeftinijih načina vježbanja sve što vam treba su dobre tenisice ,koje ste sigurno već kupili u sportskom zamahu nakon jednog posjeta teretani (ja jesam), i trenerka i to je sve.I tako sam ja konačno odlučila krenuti trčati, da i to dobrovoljno, opremila sam se slušalicama i dobrom glazbom i krenula. Naravno da sad nisam pretrčala 10 kilometara, ali je trčanje svejedno imalo terapijski učinak, jednostavno sam se osjećala bolje, poletnije i stres kao da je nestao. I tako sam trčala ,skoro, svakog dana, pogotovo kako bih se riješila stresa i frustracije. Trčanje je bilo moja anti-stres tableta koja je stvarno djelovala. 

Onda je došlo ljeto kada je sve polagano i ružičasto tako da sam prestala trčati. Bilo je prevruće, nisam bila pod stresom tako da mi trčanje nije bilo ni na kraj pameti. Sad kada je ljeto gotovo i kad smo se svi vratili u stvarnost odlučila sam opet krenuti pa ipak kažu da je jesen najbolje vrijeme za trčanje.Pa krenimo!
